The Perfect Location - This hotel is just a stone's throw away from the Turgenev and Srentenksy Boulevard Metro Stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It's like having a secret underground passageway to all the amazing sights!

Noise from Neighbors - Unfortunately, there was a bit of an inconsiderate couple next door who didn't seem to care about anyone else. It was a minor annoyance in an otherwise lovely stay.

The Hotel is not siutable for english speaking people was impossible to communicate what i wanted in general location is a problem and trying to get around Moscow. Food was poor as well as the bar area.

ulanskaya was a pleasant surprise during my day tour in moscow. the room was clean, comfortable, and had excellent internet service. the staff was friendly and attentive to my requests, making my stay enjoyable.

They did not have the reservation for the colleague I was with! Who then had to pay more than what was booked price!!!!! There was no internet in the room despite the cable provided!. Check in was laborious!, Some staff were rude!

Mind-blowing location near awesome cafes and restaurants, super close to metro station, incredible staff! Free wi-fi, parking, 24-hour reception, restaurant. Jaw-dropping value!

Very nicely renovated, good size room and bathroom, very clean, good heating (sometimes too good, hehe). The staff are friendly and speak English. There is an excellent Uzbek restaurant around the corner. The hotel is well connected with the metro and we got to all the main tourist sites quickly.

The location to the city center was pretty good - only 2 stops on the metro to the Red Squre. The price was also very good for being 2 stops from the Red Square.

The location of the hotel entrance was not very good - it was facing a dark small road with currently lots of construction.

This hotel had a perfect location! It was situated in a stunning area, and the Chistye Prudy metro station was right next to it, which was really handy. It was very clean and had excellent facilities, and it was very easy to get around the city with several metro lines close by. The breakfast was great, and I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful.

Can't fault the property in any way.

This hotel has a great location, within walking distance to a metro station and close to the city center. The rooms are comfortable and functional, and the staff is helpful and accommodating. Plus, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and amenities to enjoy.

The breakfast could use some improvement.
